Life
Hi to all,
I graduated in 1977 under the name ValJean Flicek. Married at the age of 23 to Jerry Turk from Keewatin. We moved to Eugene, Oregon two years later. Jerry worked at Sacred Heart hospital as a nurse anesthetist. I went to nursing school and got my RN degree. We had our first child in 1988, a boy, Nolan. In 1990, a second child, Weston. a business several years ago. I still work part-time as a surgery nurse. Both my parents have passed away. My sister, Deb, lives in Medford, OR. My brother, Russ, lives in CA. We just stay busy with the kids, ride horses, snow and water ski. To any that remember, Twilight, my horse, just died last fall. She was 35 yrs. old. We buried her in our front pasture.
